Every morning, when my alarm sounds around 5:00am, I spring out of bed with one

thing on my mind, BREAKFAST!

Oatmeal is the perfect meal to keep you sustained and fueled for a hard workout or workday!

This breakfast is packed with  fiber, slow digesting carbohydrates, protein and vital nutrients that our bodies

need on a daily basis!


Wake up and smell the possibilities of your OATS!

Cinnamon Walnut Blueberry Oats!
1/2 cup old fashion oats
1 cup water
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp liquid stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup blueberries
1 oz raw walnuts

This recipe is what kick starts my morning, everyday!
Buttercup Oats
1/2 Â Cup of quick cooking oats (plain)
1 Tbsp all natural peanut butter
1 Tbsp raw peanuts (for crunchy texture)
1 tsp raw local honey
1 medium banana (sliced)
1 Tbsp. unsweetened natural cocoa powder (used for baking)
1 cup water

Instructions: Place 1/2 cup of quick oats into a bowl with 1 cup of water. Slice a raw banana and add it to the oatmeal and water, place on a high heat in the microwave for 3 minutes. Once the oats are fluffy, cooked and piping hot, add the remainder of ingredients. Stir and indulge, without the guilt of eating peanut butter cups.
