Be the bees knees with this signature recipe!
It’s incredibly easy to whip up, it’s beautiful and everyone always goes for it first at my get togethers! You can serve is with crackers, pita, veggies or my personal favorite- on top of a baked piece of fish or chicken!
3 cups cherry (yellow+red)tomatoes
3 cups chopped black olives
12 oz of feta cheese (I buy the block)
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp chopped garlic🤓
1 tsp Greek seasoning (parsley, oregano, garlic🤓)
Salt and pepper to taste!
This is best served chilled with pita or raw veggies. It’s a great way to add flavor and something
secretly nutritious to any array of party spreads. Not to mention, it’s delicious!

2 raw papayas
3 ripe beefsteak tomatoes
1 red onion
1 sweet onion
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
