Be the bees knees with this signature recipe! 🎼
It’s incredibly easy to whip up, it’s beautiful and everyone always goes for it first at my get togethers! You can serve is with crackers, pita, veggies or my personal favorite- on top of a baked piece of fish or chicken!🌞

RECIPE 🍚
3 cups cherry (yellow+red)tomatoes
3 cups chopped black olives
12 oz of feta cheese (I buy the block)
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp chopped garlic🤓
1 tsp Greek seasoning (parsley, oregano, garlic🤓)
Salt and pepper to taste!

 

This is best served chilled with pita or raw veggies. It’s a great way to add flavor and something

secretly nutritious to any array of party spreads. Not to mention, it’s delicious!

Pura Vida Salsa

4 raw mangos

2 raw papayas

3 ripe beefsteak tomatoes

1 red onion

1 sweet onion

3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup olive oil

3 tbsp white wine vinegar
